Scripps sent out some propaganda news about KIVI in Boise.

The station is celebrating 50 years and I want to post a quote from their newsletter.

If you can’t read it, it says, “As the station has increased its emphasis on local news, viewers are responding

"The phone calls and emails I love getting are the ones with people asking. "Hey, who's my neighborhood reporter? Am I going to get one in my neighborhood? There is this curiosity and intrique about what we're doing." said Keith. "We already have lots of wins under our belt, and I expect we’ll have more…”

I’m sorry, but I don’t believe for a second that viewers are calling or emailing the station to ask who their neighborhood reporter is.

Also, if the station was doing so well, wouldn’t the viewers know who their reporter was?

I don’t buy this line for a second.
