Napoli Management Group, a division of Paradigm Media Entertainment, is happy to announce that Brian Neal has joined the company as an agent.  In his new role, Brian will be representing all levels of on-air talent in the broadcast news space.

 Brian comes to Napoli from a 23-year career in the television news industry, most recently serving as News Director for the E.W. Scripps station, WLEX in Lexington, Kentucky. Having experience leading a newsroom through change, knowing what news directors and hiring managers want, and having relationships with key decision makers in markets across the country, makes Brian well-positioned to help clients find great opportunities and be a strong advocate for them.

When asked why he wanted to make the transition to the representation side of the business, he said, "My most rewarding experience in news leadership was coaching and mentoring journalists, watching their growth and development, and eventually seeing them reach their dream position and market. I feel fortunate to be able to continue that work as a talent agent with Napoli Management Group where I can be a fierce advocate for my clients and help them navigate what is a changing media landscape."

In addition to his time running a newsroom, Brian served in news management positions at WXII and WGHP in the Greensboro-Winston-Salem-High Point, North Carolina market. Before that, he held news positions in San Francisco, Sacramento, and Syracuse, New York.

Given his extensive background in both the business and identifying up-and-coming talent, Brian is the perfect fit for the team at Napoli Management Group.
