This appears to be becoming a thing now, and I don’t quite get it.

Check out this screenshot from ABC News. The story is about a man that won a lawsuit against a newspaper.

But, the video is of the storms that hit California. The video is sandwiched between the headline and the story, but has nothing to do with either.

I have seen this happening more often on news sites. But why? It almost looks like a mistake and the wrong video is posted.
