WBRE/WYOU (Wilkes-Barre/Scranton) News Director Eric Nazarenes has left the Nexstar duopoly and is headed about 90 minutes south on the Pennsylvania Turnpike Northeast Extension to independent WFMZ in Allentown.  

WFMZ is owned by Maranatha  Broadcasting.  Nazarenes was at WBRE/WYOU for only about one year.  He was news director at Hearst’s WGAL in Lancaster prior to that.

Hmmmm? If you LOVED coming to work everyday, why leave?
