Word is that Allen Media, owned WFFT in Fort Wayne, had a station-wide meeting on Monday.

A source tells FTVLive that the staff at WFFT was told that they're switching to hub news, and it is expected to be produced out of WLFI in Lafayette, Indiana.

We are watching more media companies cut people and join news operations in separate markets.

This is awful for the fine people who are impacted by these moves, but it’s even worse for the viewers, who are offered a very watered-down news product.
