Florida Governor Ron DeSantis wasted millions of taxpayers’ dollars to pick a fight with Disney, which he eventually gave up on.

Now, DeSantis is picking a fight with Nexstar’s WFLA in Tampa, for running an ad in favor of Amendment 4, a statewide measure that could enshrine abortion rights in the state constitution.

What should be pointed out is that DeSantis has no power in this fight. Sure, he could go whining to the FCC to revoke their licenses, which will not happen. But, other than that, he has no authority to jail or otherwise punish stations for the ads they run.

He’s once again wasting the taxpayers’s money.
