KXAN Anchor Mike Rush has left the Nexstar station after just 2 years.

Rush started as a weekend Anchor at the station and moved to the weekdays in January of this year.

He came to KXAN from across the street, and Tegna’s KVUE. Before coming to Austin, Rush worked at Tegna’s KSDK for 6 years.
