Tegna’s ABC affiliate WFAA (Dallas) took a shot at DirecTV on social media. The shot widely missed the mark.

Tegna is in a retrans pissing match with DirecTV, but this post so wrong.

Dateline is an NBC show and airs on the NBC O&O in Dallas, KXAS. Tegna’s WFAA is an ABC affiliate and has nothing to do with Dateline.

Also, no matter how much Tegna is trying to blame DirecTV, it is them that is demanding that viewers pay more to watch their stations.

Apparently, stations that don’t even know their own programing.

Viewers are seeing through it all.
