Todd Unger joins CBS Affiliate KOIN in Portland as Monday-Friday (4pm) Anchor/Reporter. Todd most recently worked as Anchor/Reporter at the ABC Affiliate in Waco and, prior to that, Reported at WFAA in Dallas. Todd, who is returning to his hometown of Portland, is a graduate of the University of Denver.
