Sinclair’s KOKH (Oklahoma City) reports that an “Oklahoma school district hired a new elementary school principal this summer despite knowing that he previously faced child pornography charges.”

The station goes on to report, “The Western Heights School District (WHSD) hired Dr. Shane Murnan to lead John Glenn Elementary School in June. On the evening of Murnan's hiring, WHSD shared on its Facebook page that it had recently "been made aware of previous charges that were dismissed more than 20 years ago."“

You can read the full story here, as it appears to make the school principal out to be some sort of predator.

While it is true that the guy was arrested on child porn charges, the fact is the case never made it to trial, because the court itself find no evidence of a crime.

Here is the court’s finding, which KOKH neglected to add to its story.

The Sinclair station then doubled down on the story even though this Principal was never found guilty of any crime.

Apparently, KOKH wants to ruin this man’s career by getting him fired because the man is gay.

While being gay in Oklahoma isn’t a crime, this Sinclair station certainly seems to make it that way.

You’re trying to ruin a guy’s life for a crime he never committed.

That doesn’t seem fair….does it?
