Nexstar handed longtime KUSI News Director Steve Cohen is hat and sent him on his way.

Cohen has spent the past two decades at KUSI, where he let owner Mike McKinnon use the news department as a messenger for his right-wing agenda.

KUSI was the joke of Journalism, and Nexstar is now trying to change that.

Rich Goldner of KSWB, Nexstar’s sister station in San Diego will take over as the ND of both stations.

We expect more cuts are coming.
