After just two years, KRIV (Houston) Meteorologist Lena Arango has decided to leave The Firm’s station.

Arango says she is leaving for a job outside of TV news and will be working for a consulting firm. Which means she’s leaving The Firm to work for a firm.

“Two years ago, I picked up my life and moved over 2,000 miles away to a city where I did not know a single soul,” Arango said on Facebook, “I was met by millions of Houstonians who embraced me with open arms, and to even begin to put into words what that has meant to me would simply be impossible.”

She signs off from KRIV next month.
