I know you’re young, but the job of a Journalist is not to become an arm to law enforcement.

If you find crime scene evidence, of course you turn it over.

But, you don’t need to post about it and pose for a smiling pictured with the cops.

Also, maybe the fact that police crime scene detectives and techs, missed evidence sitting out in the open is a story worth following up on.

Judging by the wording in your post, it’s not the first time either.
