Yesterday, FTVLive told you that longtime KXAN (Austin) Weather Anchor Jim Spencer was arrested for DUI and booked into the Travis County Jail.

Searching the website of the Nexstar station, they have not seemed to cover the story of the arrest of one of their own.

I wonder, if the Mayor of Austin was busted for DUI, would KXAN consider that news? Some could argue that Spencer is better known to the public than the mayor, yet the station is posting the story.
