You can add another name to the list of Fox Television executives that are “retiring.”

WITI (Milwaukee) General Manager Chuck Steinmetz told the staff that he’s retiring, and his last day is August 6th.

FTVLive told you that Kathy Saunders, the longtime General Manager at Fox’s KDFW (Dallas) retired with just a few days’ notice.

Longtime KSAZ (Phoenix) News Director Doug Bannard announced he was “retiring” back at the end of June.

Other Fox Television executives have also headed to the exit.

Some staff at The Firm believe that Fox is trying to reign in costs at the O&O’s and high-price people are being pushed towards the exit.

“They have to save money because they have to pay off Dominion and Tucker Carlson's former booker,” said an insider.
