West Palm Beach police clamped the cuffs on former Fox News Correspondent Ed Henry, charging him with DUI.

Henry was fired from Fox News for alleged sexual misconduct.

Henry was pulled over after making a turn in his car with a damage front tire. As he made the turn, the tire fell off the car.

The police report said that “Henry had glassy and bloodshot eyes…His gait was unsteady. His speech was slightly slurred.”

Henry was arrested after failing a number of field sobriety tests.
