The staff at News 12 New Jersey are a bit confused after they were told that Morning Anchor Carissa Lawson is no longer with the station.

“Management is using the term “parted ways”,” said one station insider to FTVLive.

What is interesting, on the same day that the staff was told Lawson is gone, she posted this to her social media.

Lawsone wrote, “My company is giving me an opportunity to take care of my health…” but, it sounds like she’s gone from the station.
