I have not followed the social media of WPVI Reporter Katie Katro, but apparently, she got engaged in Paris and posted more than a half dozen pictures of the incident.

What’s interesting is up until this engagement announcement, Katro never mentioned her boyfriend, and many of her followers were a bit surprised that she was all of the sudden engaged.

Now, I’m all for people trying to keep their private life private, but then why make such a big deal about getting engaged?

She even had the station do a story on it.

Anything for sweeps, I guess….
