I saw this job posting for an MMJ at KMTR (Eugene) and I have to give them credit for trying to sell the job.

TV stations are finding it harder to find people that want to work in TV news for crappy pay and shitty hours.

But, KMTR spiced up this job posting by stating this, “You will be the only fulltime television journalist in the county and will provide important stories to the community via our Eugene regional newscasts, which are also broadcast over our local Roseburg NBC station, KTCW. Regional newscasts on the CBS stations in Eugene and Roseburg will also carry your stories. You will be THE go-to person for local news and sports!”

I don’t know how many Journalists have dreamed of being the only news and sports Reporter in Roseburg, Oregon, but here’s your chance.
