When Sinclair started sacking people at WPMI and WEAR in the Mobile/Pensacola market, one of those that was exited was WEAR News Director Kim Wyatt.

At the time, many on staff at both stations believed that WPMI ND Bob Noonan would taking over Wyatt’s duties.   

But now, Sinclair has posted the WEAR News Director job.

What’s happening?

We don’t have a clue, but I’m not sure I would want to take a News Director job at a station that just went through budget cuts.

But hey, that’s just me.
