Back in January, FTVLive told you that WGEM (Quincy) Reporter Mike Miletich was sacked after he said in a story, “…we are in downstate Illinois where they hate the media.”

The station GM issued an apology, and Miletich was exited from the station.

But it appears he has landed a new gig, and he will still be in Illinois where everyone downstate hates the media.

He joins WAND-TV in Decatur.
