Some viewers who watched Scripps-owned WEWS on Monday night wondered if they were watching prerecorded news.

Chief Met Mark Johnson was giving snowfall totals and kept pointing out that the totals were as of 8 pm.

The newscast aired around 11:30 PM, after the Monday Night football game. Was there no more snow since 8:00, or was this forecast pre-recorded early in the evening?

Since this is now Scripps M-O, I know what I’m guessing.
