Eric Watson has spent nearly the past 30 years working as an Assignment Editor.

For the last 20 years, he has been working at Tegna’s KPNX in Phoniex. Before that, he spent 7 years at KNTV in the San Francisco area.

Watson is leaving the station, but staying in the Tegna family.

He is headed to WBNS in Columbus to work the desk in the Buckeye State.
