That Didn't Go Over Very Well

Last week, FTVLive pointed you to a story about Scripps-owned WCPO (Cincy) and their new 4 PM news format in which the anchors are basically gone from the newscast.

We also pointed out some quotes from WCPO GM Jeff Brogan, who took big gulps of the company Kool-Aid and tried to say it wasn’t about cost-cutting.

Clearly, Scripps did not read the room and they went on their social media and posted a link to the story.

Looking at the comments, the post backfired and many called a spade a spade.
