Sinclair Sees Revenue Drop
Sinclair’s CEO has basically thrown in the towel when it comes to local television. Ripley says that he wants his company to focus on areas outside of broadcasting.
In the meantime, Sinclair has seen its revenue drop again in another quarter. The company’s third-quarter total revenue decreased 9% to $767 million versus $843 last year. Total advertising revenues showed a big drop of almost 20% year to year.
