Popular WFMY Anchor Julie Luck is stepping down from the 11PM anchor desk at the station.

Luck tells FTVLive that she is scaling back. She will still be doing the 5 and 6 PM news, but is coming off the late news.

“As I approach the one year mark of my cancer diagnosis, I’ve decided to scale back at work. Cancer was a sobering wake-up call to change my priorities,” Luck told FTVLive, “life is short so it’s important to live it to its fullest,” she added.

She posted about her new schedule on her social media.
