WCHS (Charleston, WV) Reporter Bob Aaron was covering a story about abandoned cars and how the sheriff has said that he is going to crack down on the problem.

Aaron, who is 75 years old was out shooting B-roll when he was nearly run over by a flatbed wrecker, driven by a man who did not want him taking video.

The idiot then got out of his truck and basically attacked Aaron as he was doing his job. The man broke off the camera light and refused to return the camera until Putnam County sheriff's deputies were called to the scene.

Aaron said he is doing okay, charges are pending on the jerk that attacked him.
