While it’s great that this woman got to live out her dream of “being on camera”, the fact that this happened in a market the size of Denver is one of the reasons I am concerned for this business.

Also, to the News Directors that are doing to hiring, here is some advice.

Hire people that’s dream is to be a to-notch Journalist and not one thats dream is to “be on camera.”

That’s how we got here to begin with.
