An FTVLive reader sent us this and we do have to wonder how this happens on the network level?

I was watching some streams and came across this horrible live shot from CBS! The reporter (Errol Barnett) is incredibly out of focus while the background is crystal clear. These kinds of things especially from network level drive me nuts!!!!!

The irony here is the clearest thing in the shot is the sign that says “clear”.
