Nexstar’s News Nation continues to tread water and well past a year into the launch it continues to just flounder in the ratings.

One problem is Nexstar continues to blow things up and start over.

Since the launch, News Nation has basically lost it’s entire management team and a large number of on air staffers.

FTVLive was the FIRST to tell you that News Nation brought in disgraced former Fox News boss Bill Shine as a consultant and Shine has done nothing to polish the look of NN.

Now, News Nation head Micheal Corn has made a promotion of one staffer.

Susanna Pinto has been promoted by Corn to the role of Executive Director of Content Integrity.

Here’s a portion of the meo that Corn sent to the staff and Corn tacitly threatens staff to comply with what Pinto tells them to do.

Insiders say that Pinto makes her right-wing views known and that she is tight with Bill Shine and it was Shine that pushed for her promotion.

Word is that Pinto was demoted by the last management team just before they quit.

Sources say she pitch a story about a PARODY article in the New York Post (link) about Hunter Biden and his planned memoir.
