CNN did something that they have not done in nearly two decades, but I don’t think they will be bragging about it.

Over the weekend on Saturday, CNN averaged just 57,000 viewers in the 25-54 demo, a number they haven’t seen since 1993. For the full weekend, the network averaged just 67,000 with total day demo.

While new CNN head Chris Licht is looking to bring CNN out of the nose dive that Jeff Zucker put the cable news channel in, CNN continues to see historic lows in their ratings.

Licht is said to be looking at making a number of moves to try and right the CNN ship and the low ratings are making it much easier to justify the moves he needs to make.
