Yesterday, FTVLive told you that Nexstar’s WBRE (Scranton) was covering the story of a local home building company that suddenly shut down its operations and left a number of customers out thousands of dollars.

WBRE’s camera was rolling as the owner of the business basically attacked a woman that had come to the business to see what was happening with her money?

The owner of the company, Jeff McCreary came out and assaulted the woman and knocked her to the ground.

Later he turned his wrath on the news crew from WBRE.

Now the station reports that police have charged McCreary with assault and harassment for his attack on the woman and on the news crew.
