FTVLive continues to look at the diversity, or should I say the lack of diversity of the on-air staff at TV stations across the country.

As we scrolled through the on-air staff at Nexstar’s WDTN in Dayton, it was hard for us to find a single person of color.

This appears to be one very white on-air staff and I would hope that Nexstar would have some sort of problem with this.

About 40% of the city of Dayton is made up of African Americans and only 28 major U.S. cities have a larger share of black residents. So, why can’t we find any Black people on WDTN’s air?

Stations and media companies need to do better.
