Shannon Cogan is coming off the anchor desk in the evenings at WAVE in Louisville.

The station announced that Cogan is being moved from the evening shift to the morning shift.

Cogan has previously served as a morning news anchor in Louisville and Dallas before joining WAVE News as an evening news anchor.

Current morning anchor Connie Leonard is getting knocked down to the reporter ranks. Brian Shlonsky also an anchor on the morning show is also getting knocked back to Reporter.

Gogan will also be stuck doing the cut-ins and the midday show.
