WPLG Reporter Annaliese Garcia and Photojournalist Brian Ely were doing a followup on a deadly shooting, when they got one hell of a scare.

A truck drove by and fired a number of shots near the news crew.

Garcia looked in the rearview mirror and saw a white pickup truck speeding off, she then called 9-1-1.

Police arrived within two minutes and found about 12 bullet casings less than 100 feet from where they were parked.

Fortunately, no one was hurt in the shooting.
