On Friday night, Tegna’s WKYC Cleveland had comedian Mike Polk anchor the station’s newscast.

On Saturday Polk trolled J.D. Vance who is running for Senate in Ohio.

Is it okay for all the Tegna Anchors to mock Senate candidates, or just the comedians the company hires to anchor and report the news?

I really hope Soo Kim and the rest of the suits at Standard General (the company is buying Tegna) are paying attention.
