As many of you know and sadly some of you don’t, the drug Ivermectin is used to treat parasites.

But, for some reason, a number of people on the right want you to believe that it also cures COVID.

Forget all the research that shows that Ivermectin does not cure COVID, let’s look at this. Merck is the maker of Ivermectin. Don’t you think that Merck would be pushing like hell if Ivermectin cured COVID? Not for the health of the people, but the fact that they could line their pockets with billions more dollars.

No matter what your Trump loving friends tell you, Ivermectin is not a cure for COVID.

But, just like the snake-oil salesman in the old West, former KSAZ Anchor Kari Lake says that not only can Ivermectin cure COVID, it also works on a simple cold.

First off, a cold is not COVID. So, why Lake thinks that the two are related, is head-shaking to say the least.

Second, There is NO clinical trial demonstrating the effectiveness of ivermectin as a treatment for SARS-CoV-2 infection at ANY safely testable dose.

The fact that Lake is pushing this drug on her followers is disturbing.

Lastly, it seems taking ivermectin does hinder your ability to do simple math.

There were some people that were not buying Lake’s snake-oil sales pitch.

One more thing, Lake continues to attack the media and try to spread her unproven conspiracy theories.

Also, she says that she can play the game better than anyone else in the media.

I guess that ivermectin makes her feel, well, as strong as a horse.
