WNYT (Albany) Anchor Jerry Gretzinger is leaving local TV news for the second time.

Gretzinger signed off from WRGB to work outside of TV news. He returned to WNYT back in 2017 and now says that he is leaving again.

Gretzinger posted the news to his social media and made sure to point out that he won an “Emmy and a bunch of other awards…”

Because, you know, that’s why you get into TV news.
