It appears that Scripps owned WFTX has parted ways with Chief Met Derek Beasley.

His bio has been scrubbed from the station’s website and Beasley has posted to his Twitter account since earlier this month.

No word on why he’s gone, but sources tell FTVLive that turnover seems to be happening under the new GM.
