Mistakes happen and that is clearly what went down here.

The wrong stand-up was edited onto this package and it is the take where the Reporter drops the word “shit” after flubbing the stand-up close.

The Anchor’s reaction when they cut back is priceless.

But, here’s the problem…..WSAV (Savannah) is a Nexstar station and as many of you know, Nexstar has a no swearing policy, whether it is on-air or off and it’s said to be a “zero-tolerance” policy.

So, is this Reporter going to be fired for a simple mistake?

If she is, is that really fair?

If she isn’t, what about others at Nexstar stations that have been sacked for swearing?
