Yesterday, FTVLive told you that WTAJ (Altoona) Chief Met Joe Murgo is leaving the station, and he did not want anyone to speculate why he was.

While Mugo told us not to speculate, FTVLive sort of did anyway (we’re not good at taking orders) and we wrote, “it certainly doesn’t sound like this was his plan.”

So, Mugo when back on social media to @FTVLive and say that this was entirely his call.

If you didn’t want people to speculate, why didn’t you just say this in your original post?

So often, anchors feel the need to make sure that you believe this is completely their idea to leave. You’re leaving; why do you care what anyone thinks as to why that is?
