Back in April of 2021, FTVLive told you that former WGCL, now WANF (Atlanta) Reporter Mike Dunston was suing the station for race, sex, age discrimination, retaliation, defamation, and breach of contract.

The station filed to have the case dismissed, but the judge in the case tossed two motions to dismiss by WANF lawyers.

Dunston's repeated complaints, and after filing an internal EEO complaint with Meredith (then owner of the station), Dunston claims he experienced retaliation and was wrongfully terminated in May of 2020.

This latest win in court for the former Reporter means the case moves forward.
