KNXV (Phoenix) Reporter Venton Blandin did a story about some painted rocks that went missing in a local park.

One guy that put some rocks in the park said they were up to 37 painted rocks when 12 of the stones went missing.

But wait! Isn’t that exactly what is supposed to happen?

For years people have painted rocks and left them in public areas for people to find, pick up and move the rocks.

In fact, even in Blandin’s story, the guy is interviewing picks up a painted rock and shows it to the camera

The guy then turns the rock over and look what it says:

It is telling the person that found this rock to re-hide it somewhere else.

So, I would not exactly say this was the crime of the century.

I’m not really sure it should even be a news story.

Isn’t there more important stories happening in Arizona right now?

You know, like how our democracy is hanging in the balance?
