Yesterday, FTVLive told you how WBBM in Chicago made a Facebook post in which they tried to make a joke that was not at all funny.

On Friday, WBBM posted on the station’s Facebook page, claiming it was “Funny Friday” and they would start with the first joke.

In our story on Monday, FTVLive wrote, “I’m not sure joking about a country ruled by an unhinged dictator that oppresses and murders its people is exactly what I would call “Friday Funny.”

Well, 3 days after WBBM posted that on its Facebook page and just hours after FTVLive posted our story, they added a comment to their “joke”:

I do give John Dodge credit for taking the blame for a bad post.

It is refreshing to at least see someone step up, hopefully next time he thinks a bit more before he posts.
