Sources tell FTVLive that Tegna’s VP of HR flew into one of the compani’s Left coast stations for a meeting with a News Director earlier last week.

After the meeting was over, the News Director has not been seen in the building for the rest of the week. On top of that, sources say that Tegna’s regional Director of Content looks to be handling News Director responsibilities.

But, it appears that there has been no official word to the employees and people are just assuming that the ND is now gone.
