Longtime South Florida Reporter Michael Putney is getting ready to hang it up next month.

Putney has spent the last 3 decades working at WPLG in Miami and worked at WTVJ before that. He began his career in Journalism in 1966!

Now, Putney is signing off in mid-December and plans on doing some traveling and enjoying retirement.

I think he’s earned it.
