As someone that grew up in Buffalo, NY, driving in snow was second nature.

4 or 5 inches of snow on the ground would barely be reason to slow down.

But, for some an inch of snow can be paralyzing when it comes to getting behind the wheel.

I thought this advice for the noobie snow drivers was on target.
