Sources are telling FTVLive that the struggling Black News Channel is still laying off people, but they are doing so in small groups.

The network has been making news as it has been kicking staff to the curb in large numbers.

Insiders tell FTVLive that cuts are still happening, but now they are letting one or two people go at a time, to try and flay under the radar.

We also hear that some staff have been asked to take a “temporary pay-cut.”

You have to wonder if that is anything like when some county puts in a “temporary 1 cent sales tax increase”?

Has anyone ever heard of a county eliminating the “temporary 1 cent sales tax increase” after they pass it?
