Back in the Summer of 2019, FTVLive told you that WNBC and Today Show fill in Meteorologist Chris Cimino was getting pushed out at the Peacock.

Well, he is resurfacing at WPIX in NYC.

“We are absolutely thrilled to have Chris join the PIX11 News Team,” said Nicole Tindiglia, WPIX-TV News Director. “He is well known and respected by viewers in the Tri-State, who recognize his strong values and commitment to journalism.”

Cimino has already started at the station, serving as a meteorologist and lifestyle correspondent.
