Another story of a Journalist looking to leave the station and TV news altogether.

WRIC (Richmond) Anchor Juan Conde joined the station back in 1999.

Now, he looking to do what many in TV news are starting to get into…..sell real estate.

Conde signs off mid-month and the Nexstar station has already found his replacement.

Former WWBT (also Richmond) Anchor/Reporter Eric Philips will takeover Conde’s spot. Phillips was most recently was the White House correspondent for Christian Broadcasting Network.

Conde has just returned to the air after being off the station for weeks after being involved in a motorcycle accident.

He has returned just in time to say goodbye.
